The main form of personal information collected on this Site is done through email opt-in. This includes names and email addresses that are voluntarily given to us. Additionally, when you visit the Site, certain information about your device is collected for analytical purposes (Google Analytics). Additionally, as you browse the Site, information is collected about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.

HeartSpeak Health’s communication with email subscribers uses the lawful basis of legitimate interests for data processing. If you are subscribing to any of the opt-in forms on HeartSpeak Health’s website, you can reasonably expect to receive information, resources and product recommendations related to health, wellness, nutrition, health coaching, personal development, self help, spirituality, or relationships.
If you opt in to a sign up form on HeartSpeak Health specifically requesting more information about the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, or pursuing a health coaching certification, you may receive information directly from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which you can unsubscribe from at anytime.
CONTACT FORMS
Again, your name and email address are captured when you submit a contact form. That information is kept as long as you agree to receive emails from HeartSpeak Health. HOW CAN YOU STOP RECEIVING EMAILS FROM HEARTSPEAK HEALTH?
Each email sent contains an easy and automated way for you to stop receiving email messages in the future. If you would like to do this—to “unsubscribe” —simply follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email message. You can request to have all of your information deleted at anytime.
